Real-time abnormalities maintenance, with rapid problem resolution

The integrated control system connected to the mechanical parking lot, observes the on-site situation room around the clock to monitor parking facility in real-time. If there is a malfunction of the parking facility or an emergency is perceived, the nearest agent will automatically be dispatched to the field to mitigate the situation.

All systems will have a preliminary maintenance check from the moment they are installed to verify that they meet all local Canadian standards set in accordance to the TSSA in Toronto.


All fully automated systems will have a built-in smart monitoring system, to help track and notify our clients of any irregularities or upcoming part changes, as well as to predict possible malfunctions.


All moving parts of a semi-automated parking facility will have a predetermined life expectancy, at which time the parts will need to be changed – we will ensure these changes occur before the anticipated change dates. GL offers this for any client who chooses to use our service and maintenance plans thereafter..

Send us your CAD drawings with any particular issues that you are looking to resolve. Our team at GL will work with our partners to offer the you two separate solutions from each of our partners.


Upon approval, your automated parking system will be designed and built with delivery in Canada approximately 5 months later.


From start to finish, these systems are generally straightforward to install. They are designed as pre-fabricated solutions that are built and tested prior to being shipped. The majority of the work consists of pouring the concrete and setting the foundation upon which the parking will be assembled.
